Why Asking WHY?

It is just a rhetorical question for you, but almost everybody in the journey of life keep on asking WHY whenever they are dabbling in bad conditions such as; poverty, failure, depression, temptation, bad luck to mention a few. It is quite interesting, that the category of people that are not asking WHY are those that are in a better condition, and this surprises me that I have never seen anyone saying “WHY HAVE I SUCCEEDED or WHY AM I RICH?” but the general question is “WHY HAVE I FAILED or WHY AM I POOR?” meaning that the desire of everyone is to have success without problem. But my question is “Don’t you remember that success comes after failure?” If you remember, then, why Asking WHY??

“I know that you are poor, because your father was poor. I know that your father was poor, because your grandfather was poor” – Pastor Mensa Otabili.

Relatively, I know you fail and you are poor because it was the same with your predecessors and I can say that your successors will also experience the same thing because you are not planning nor determining to leverage the lever of success/richness to levitate at the top.

Obviously, some people just think that success is so cheap that God will throw it to them like ball. But I truly tell you ‘NO’ because the key of success was once in the mouth of lion, but it is now inside its stomach, meaning that you have to kill the lion and open the belly to take what you need.

Disgustingly, some people, even, at their youthful age are not oblivious about the causes of their failure and poverty, but they are ignorant of the encyclopedia of success. I have taken my time reading the story of Aliko Dangote, and I see that he never has the mind of an employee, even though he served under his brother for 3years and he was able to take the risk and build his own empire with unseen efforts and sleepless nights, (he sleeps 2:00am and wakes 5:00am) can you do that? No, you are not ready to take any step and suffer to succeed.

Risk taking is one of the best instruments of success, but out of 100% of Nigerians, the number of risk takers is not up to 30%, no wonder we remain developing. I have known it that all those who fear risk-taking are always at risk.

The people with silver spoons today were not born with it, some were born with iron spoon, some, with plastic spoon, and some were even born with no spoon, but they crave and look for the silver spoon because it is the only spoon that can be used to eat golden foods.

Imagine what would have taken someone to get a good gold, let alone of silver spoon. You need a golden heart, and a golden hand to get a golden spoon. Stop asking WHY.

Note: Small problem brings small testimony, you can’t have big testimony without big problem.

However, I am not castigating you, but the problem is that we are so much focused on what the future will offer not what to offer the future. We are fully concerned about being educated, as if education was the only way to success. Rather, we should think about being self-dependent or an entrepreneur.

Note: There is difference between education and learning.

The mind of most youth is how to get white-collar job (to be an employee) not to be established and employ others. I want us to examine vividly the name of the top 100 richest people in the world, we will see that they are entrepreneurs. So, why Asking WHY?, When you know the REASON why?
