NSCDC On Campus! No to Indecent Dressing

No to indecent dressing on campus has long been the latest campaign in our various schools especially The Polytechnic, Ibadan. Different kinds of hairstyle mostly motivated by music artiste, entertainment personalities etc. same with different styles of cloth which logically is not different from rag is the newest norm surrounding our academic environment, though all of these are justified under the umbrella of fashion.

However, the latest development in The Polytechnic, Ibadan has revealed that the security department of The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) officers who stormed the Campus on the 24th July, 2018 about 10am and has since picked up some students who are seen to be indecently dressed including their hairstyles, all to flag this campaign. This of course is a good one from the Security department and an applaudable one to put an end to immoral dressing on campus and to in turn instill high level of discipline in the heart of our Nigerian Students.

The students is thus advised to also imbibe the spirit of dressing well on and off campus as the adage says you are addressed the way you are dressed.
