Steps & Requirement For Collection Of Results

The recent announcement of the HND Full-Time Admission has now prompt many students, who are yet to have their Notification of Results but do not know the what’s required of them to do, to start getting their clearance done in order to have their result.

We’ve received many mails whereby students (majorly those living afar) ask for the requirements and the process of collecting their notification of results. Today, we have decided to write an article to explain the process and requirement for this.

As stated by the management (Exams & Records), highlighted below are the requirement for collection of results:

• ==>One (1) passport photograph
• ==> Photocopy of I.D card (School I.D)
• ==> Clearance from student affairs → See below
• ==> Evidence of payment for notification of result. → #3,000

Out of the four (4) contents listed above, it’s clear enough that the clearance aspect is what students are mostly interested in knowing what it entails.

Be informed that the first step requires you to have your School Fee Receipts (for the 4 semesters) submitted at the bursary department in which a Students’ Clearance Card (image below) will be attached to the receipts.

After that, you’ll then need to take it to the students’ affairs and obtain Students Clearance Form (image below). In this form, you are required to have your HOD, Librarian, Sport Coach, Hall Warden, VSESC Director, CPAP Director sign where necessary and then take the form back to the students affairs to have the Dean Of Students Affairs signature.

When you’re through with the clearance, you can then go to Exams & Records with the requirements we’ve listed earlier to request for your notification of result.
