SIMBA Group To Train PolyIBADAN Students On Motorcycle & Tricycle Assemblage

The Simba Group, a conglomerate and sole distributor of TVS and three-wheelers from TVS motors, India is to commence training for students of The Polytechnic, Ibadan in the assemblage of its products: Motorcycles and Tricycles.

The Group representatives during a visit to the management of the institution disclosed the Group’s interest in supporting learning process in the institution.

The Polytechnic, Ibadan, one of the few institutions to benefit from the gesture will among others receive support in:

1. Technical training.
2. Training for assembly of TVS motorcycles and TVS tricycles.
3. Training on engine overhaul of TVS motorcycles and TVS tricycles. [adinserter name=”Block 3″][adinserter name=”Block 2″]
4. Training on troubleshooting of engine and electrical related problems for TVS motorcycles and TVS tricycles.
5. Provision of special tools, technician dress and certificates after completion of training.
6. Provision of various sample parts for better understanding of the functions of the parts.

The training will hold at the department of Mechatronics Engineering of the institution while extended training will also take place at the Simba Assembly Plant.
