Directly from the Deputy Registrar (Exams & Records), be informed that Original Certificate of the institution (from inception till 2016/2017) is ready for collection and as also, notification of result will no longer be acceptable either for transcript request, attestation, confirmation or verification purposes. Note==> If you are experiencing unnecessary delay or difficulties in obtaining any of your documents i.e. transcripts, notification of result, certificate, verification report etc. OR If you’re experiencing difficulties in getting your transcript completely/successfully/done/processed after six (6) weeks of submission. Important Notice i.) The original certificate of The Polytechnic, Ibadan is ready for collection by graduands of the institution (from inception till date 2016/2017)

ii.) The authorities of The Polytechnic, Ibadan will no longer accept notification of result(s), either for transcript request, attestation, confirmation or verification purposes (enforcement takes immediate effect)

iii.) Please, ensure compliance of (ii) above before making your payment at the bursary department to avoid forfeiture of money paid to the institution.
