REQUEST FOR LIST OF FINANCIAL MEMBERS OF STUDENT UNION

Please refer to the above matter.

I am by this memo directed to request you to submit the list of financial member of the Students’ Union for 2017/2018 academic session to ensure smooth accreditation of qualified voters during the election.

The list should be prepared on departmental basis and should be updated 48 hours before the election.

The list is expected to be submited to the Deputy Rogistrar, S.A latest on Monday, 13th August. 2018.

Please treat as urgent.
