These simple tips can help you get rid of stress and be at the top of your game on campus.

If you are an undergraduate in any Nigerian tertiary institution, you would have realised that academic pursuit and stress are synonyms in our dear institutions.

This is because there’s always an assignment to submit. There is always a group work or project to chase plus impromptu tests and attendance that can be converted to continuous assessments.

All these can stress you out before the end of the semester. However, there are various ways you can reduce the stress and stay at the top of your game.

1. Listen to music

You can be relieved of stress just by listening to music. The sooting power of music to reduce stress is well established. Listening to music is probably the easiest way to relieve stress. 2. Find a cool place to chill

When you have low energy and every work seems to be giving you a headache, just find yourself a cool place on your campus where you can chill and play around in between classes.

3. Go for a walk

Go for a walk when you are stressed. Another easy way you can get stress out of your body is to go for a walk. You can take a walk to other parts of the campus to see your friends in other faculties.

But do you even think walking will reduce your stress?, it add to stress, yesterday I went to North Campus with my Friends to submit a Logbook, we trek and trek bcus its late already b4 we get back to South campus bcus we are all Engineering student, we all got tired even overtired and over stressed
