Ans: 4th April, 2019

Q2. What is the NAME of the BIAFRAN President who was eventually forced to surrender to Nigerian Forces after an Unsuccessful 30-months civil war? [adinserter name=”Block 3″][adinserter name=”Block 2″]
Ans: Before unveiling what the correct answer is, I am going to tell you what it is not. And It is NOT Ojukwu.
Ojukwu was president from July 1967 to Early January 1970 when he handed over power to his Vice, Major General Phillip Effiong and fled to exile in lvory Coast. His position was hopeless and he was staring defeat in the face at that point. It was Effiong who formally surrendered to Nigerian Forces just few days after. And of course that’s the correct answer —Major General Phillip Effiong.

Well, the questions look tricky that just TWO persons got it right—Sobowale & rafel023. Another person who should have been included in the winner’s list is Moshood Kafayat as she got the second question right but got the first one wrong, so sorry!

Reason why you guys are dropping Ojukwu is because you did not know there were only two (2) Biafran Presidents. It would be easy to find out the correct answer by a Google search if you focus on the results and by the way, thanks for playing.
